Olive Downs Coking Coal Project Receives EPBC Approval

Pembroke Resources have received approvals under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act for their Olive Downs Coking Coal Project near Moranbah in the Bowen Basin.

This approval is an important milestone for the project and clears the way for the approval of the Mining Leases and construction which will create over 1,000 new jobs in the region.

With a strong commitment to local and indigenous procurement and workforce, we are looking forward to hearing an update from Pembroke towards the end of the year and gaining some further insight into the project.
