The BBMC celebrated 10 years in 2020

Well into our second decade, the Bowen Basin Mining Club is firmly established as a valuable resource for the smallest contractor through to mining company CEO’s.

Over the years, in addition to our regular luncheon programme, our activity and influence has increased. We introduced the bi-annual Queensland Mining Awards in 2014, published the first industry Yearbook in 2018 and every year since, and established the BBMC Crib Room Podcast in 2020 to inform and entertain our audience.

We continue to provide advocacy and visibility for Bowen Basin businesses at mining sector conferences and metropolitan events.
